Assisting a Customer

Can I buy generic brand prescriptions even though my doctor prescribed me a brand name medication?

If anywhere on the script it says "Brand Medically Necessary" or "Substitution not allowed", then we cannot fill generic medication unless your doctor sends a new prescription that allows generic substitution.

Pills

How do I refill or order new prescriptions?

Call us to order refills. Doctors can send new prescriptions via call, fax, or e-scribe as per regulations.

Sorting Medicine

Will my insurance cover any prescription medicine I purchase?

Insurance policies differ in terms of the medications they cover. It's recommended that you call your insurance company to confirm whether the medication you need is on their formulary list. Pharmacies cannot determine if your insurance covers the medication until they have received the prescription and tried to process it through insurance.
